One of dozens of high quality farmers markets across the greater Houston area, The Woodlands Farmer's Market at Grogan's Mill was established in 2008 as “The Grogan’s Mill Farmer’s Market,” a weekly community event sponsored by the Grogan's Mill Village Association. The Market is open Saturdays from 9 am - 1 pm at the Grogan's Mill Center. The market typically closes only one Saturday during the year, the Saturday between Christmas and New Year's Day. If you drive to the market you will find the village center has plenty of parking. If you choose to walk or ride your bike, it is located just off of the Mill Bend Trail with direct access under Grogan’s Mill Rd.
The Woodlands Farmers Market at Grogans Mill adheres to the highest of standards, requiring that all agricultural and artisan vendors grow or produce the good they sell. Each of the prepared food vendors is required to use a commercial kitchen when preparing their product.
Dogs are always welcome at The Woodland Farmer's Market. We enjoy seeing our dog customers and their humans each week at the market.
Profits from the Farmers Market at Grogans Mill are returned to the community through the Grogan's Mill Village Association's philanthropic programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, college scholarships and support of CISD schools as well as Good Citizen Awards.
The farmers market regularly features live music as well as a variety of vendors other than what you would typically expect from a farmers market including health and beauty products, arts andamp; crafts, pet products andamp; adoptions, food trucks, ready-made beverages and more.
The Woodlands Farmers Market at Grogans Mill is currently following all Covid-19 safety guidelines and mandates.
